If you provide your phone number and check the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from PrimeShift regarding your diagnostic engagement. Message types include:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our services through other communication channels (email, phone calls).

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers we use to operate (e.g., GoHighLevel for CRM, Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, ContentSnare for intake, PandaDoc for contracts, Twilio for SMS delivery, Google Workspace for email and storage). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We retain personal information as long as your engagement is active and as needed for legitimate business purposes (records, accounting, dispute resolution). You may request deletion at any time by emailing the address below; we will comply unless retention is legally required.
